Manjanggul Cave [UNESCO World Heritage] (만장굴) |
It was rather cold down under the cave |
and the lighting wasnt good as well..so the pictures taken are kinda dark |
Beware of fallen rocks |
Most rockfall debris in Manjang cave consists of quartzite fragments that look like these |
Always wondering what's up ahead of us |
If you like geography and rocks, this is totally a place you shouldnt miss |
This is call "turtle rock" and it was formed from the hot lava |
Looks like turtle??? |
We reached the end of our destination to see this ^^ |
Look at how wet the place is. |
This isnt real |
Okay finally going up to where we came from |
Here's more information on the cave |
Im amazed at how far and deep in we went. No wonder it was getting cold. |
Proudly completed another course today! The sun was setting and we took the tour bus and headed back to our hotel. |
It was a long ride home as we stayed far away from the east course...but we were pleasantly greeted by lovely blooming flowers at our bus stop. |
I dont know their names but they just look so welcoming |
Colorful and blooming |
Looks little like hibiscus |
A whole pot of PINK |
and my fave purple. Or is this royal blue? |
A nice view of Saeyeongyo Bridge |
Can you see the sun setting? |
School children along the walkway |
짱! 점심이다 |
제일 좋앟하는 새송이 버섯죽! (My fave oyster mushroom porridge/rice) |
The regular Korean side dishes and of course, butter for the rice. |
We were craving for hot piping food and we really loved this meal. You must add the butter to the rice to get the unique taste. So yummy! |
Korea trip isnt complete until you have this banana milk |
Thank you Ligna-ssi for digging out this photo (that i never knew it existed!) to solve the mystery of me buying the cotton candy along the streets of Jeju ^^ |
It was totally embarrassing thinking back on getting this pic for Jasmine (back in Spore). Oh gosh! |
솜사탕, for a sweet sweet dream we bet. Goodnight! |
